Terms of Service — summary

This is a short English summary of the public offer for access to the Eva program. The legally binding text is the Russian Public Offer of 28 October 2026; this summary is for convenience only.

Who sells

What you get

• Access to the Eva voice assistant for Windows under the chosen plan (Home, Plus or Business) for 1, 3 or 6 months, on the number of computers included in the plan.
• A key that unlocks the plan, updates released during the paid term, and e-mail support.
• A free 3-day demo from the first launch, so you can check Eva before paying.

Third-party AI service

Some features need an online AI service (for example, Ollama Cloud). You register there yourself and enter your own key into Eva. We do not sell access to that service and are not responsible for its availability, limits or prices.

Payment

• Prices are shown on the website in Russian rubles. Payment is made through Robokassa. No automatic renewals — you extend the subscription with a new payment when you want.
• No VAT (professional income tax regime). A receipt is issued for every payment.
• The key is issued after payment confirmation, usually within minutes, at most within 24 hours.

Refunds

• You may cancel at any time by e-mail with your order number or key: we refund the part of the payment for the unused full days, and the key is blocked.
• If Eva does not work through our fault and we have not fixed it within 10 days of your request, you may get a full refund for the paid period.
• Refunds are made by the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Not a defect: unavailability of the third-party AI service, a computer that does not meet the requirements on the website, no internet connection, limits of the chosen plan.

Use of the program

• All rights to Eva belong to the seller. You may use it for personal purposes (Business plan — for your business).
• You may not share the key, copy, modify, decompile or resell the program, or bypass its protection.
• Eva's advice (including the “accountant”, “analyst” and “marketplace manager” roles) is for reference only and is not legal, accounting, tax or financial advice.

Law and disputes

The law of the Russian Federation applies. Claims are sent by e-mail; we answer within 10 business days. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
